Access By Private Track. 
There is a typical Spanish dirt track road 0.5km long that leads from the main road to the property, we find this is a bonus as we have very little passing traffic, only neighbours, no robbery incidents in our time and our tranquillity is maintained.

The track is currently being re-surfaced by the local council and is looking terrific.
