Unfortunately most of the world right now is fighting Covad 19 (Corona Virus) with Spain already on almost complete lockdown and as of January 05 2021 the UK has gone once again into Lockdown.
We are at present viewing, leasing and selling businesses to clients who have managed to fly out and other clients that already live in Spain. IF YOU CANNOT COME TO VIEW THEN we will be happy to do a walking video for clients seriously thinking about making the move and reserve the property for them subject to the property being as described when they arrive to take over..
We are of course, on hand and available to discuss any property we have listed with you and answer or discuss with you all the details and procedures.
We sign the power of attorney in the client's country.
- We sign private sales contracts with pandemic clauses.
- We do video-call meetings with three parties: agent/client/lawyer
- We manage residences and visas for investors (golden visa)
- We facilitate safe-conducts to be able to travel.
