N.I.E. Certificates: We will supply and help you complete the Online application form. Accompany you to the Police Station for the Two Interviews and arrange for you to collect the Certificate when ready. Nominal charge.

Taxation & Registrations: We will introduce you to our legal lady/gestor who will guide you through and take care of all the required registrations to ensure you are legal and licensed. We can also refer you to a respectable Lawyer if so required.

Supplier & Stock:We will Introduce you to suppliers we know and ensure you buy your stock at the right price.

Running The Bar: We have people that will stay with you for as long as you require at an agreed hourly rate to ensure you know how to run the bar. Their knowledge is invaluable.

Schools: Good education for your children is vital and they have to be settled and content. We will recommend the schools we feel best suited to the children.

Vehicles: Introduce you to people that will transfer your vehicle from British to Spanish registration plates at the most reasonable rate.

Doctor/Clinics: Ensure you are registered with the local clinic and doctor.

Banks: Introduce you to a bank who will open personal and/or business accounts for you.

Accommodation: We will source accommodation for you with or near to the business at the most reasonable price either to rent or buy.

Projects We will assist you with every aspect of any project either jointly or alone as project managers at normal costs between 5 and 15% of the value of the project depending on the work envisaged. These charges you will see we earn and are never questioned about them.
